Do you ever find yourself shouting at the radio because they're saying something stupid to the general public? The same public that seems to think everything they hear is fact? I feel sorry for anyone who hears or reads this and thinks they can use this information to change their body.
They were talking about this on the radio this morning.

Lesser of many evils...
I think the intent was to steer people towards the better alternatives at those places.
Rather than condone and support that type of food, I think the main goal is to help people make healthier choices.
For instance, the Canadian Bacon and Egg biscuit from McDonalds is 300 Cal. whereas the Sausage version is 500 Cal.
Overall, all that crap is bad for you, but some choices are not as EVIL as others.
I personally try to limit my fast food to the chili at Wendy's.Mark these words in the annals (no homo) of bodybuilding.com.

That article bugs me because it's named "24 Surprisingly Healthy Fast Foods". While some of the stuff listed may be not as bad as other crap on their respective menus, they are still by no means 'healthy'.
Also, another article that treats dietary fat like the devil. They list saturated fat content, but fail to list trans fat content, which is not zero for some of these items. (namely the KFC items).

That's what got me too. The "Healthy."
Most of those things a devoid of any nutrients. Bleached wheat, fried meat. Why don't they say "get a wendy's side salad with light dressing and a baked potato or cup of chili"? Still low on protein, but almost nothing on their list isn't.oh and gecko that link did not contain answers only the search page - swiftness_02

I was at McDonalds 2 months ago. I asked if I could substitute those apple slices for the fries on my combo. NO, she said. I said, yeah, but on a kids meal, I would be able to substitute. She shook her head...and all I got was the grilled chicken sandwich...no drink, no apple slices...
Damn them...I hope Wendy's takes them over...
BTW, Wendy's just had a price increase. They have re-structured their combo menu. Now, the combos come with small sides including the drink. All the substitutions are still available, but now it is $.49 to get medium, and $.89 to get LARGE.Mark these words in the annals (no homo) of bodybuilding.com.

i eat 2-3 of these a day
Burger King Triple Whopper with Cheese: 1,230 calories, 82g fat, 32g saturated fat
is that bad?Maybe it's hatred I spew, maybe it's food for the spirit
Maybe it's beautiful music I made for you to just cherish
But I'm debated disputed hated and viewed in America
as a motherf**kin drug addict - like you didn't experiment?
Now now, that's when you start to stare at who's in the mirror
and see yourself as a kid again, and you get embarrased
And I got nothin to do but make you look stupid as parents
You f**kin do-gooders - too bad you couldn't do good at marriage!

They have many 'healthier' alternatives for the on-the-go dieter. Still not something I'd recommend eating unless you had no other choice."9 Out of 10 Americans Do not get eat enough whole grain"....
