The best supplement vote is for Multi & CM. You need those to ge the best of what you eat daily.
Protein is not a supplement but can be supplemented.
Other forms of Creatine, Nitric Oxide......are all way to overated and DOES NOT help you that much (as you see in ads) in building muscle.
They do help you with their placebo effects.
It all boils down to your clean diet, intense training and proper rest. Thats it.".....Enjoying my life to fullest extent possible; you should too"
Hundreds of whey protein products reviewed.....the process is on!

protein. definately. creatine mono or EE afterwards. i voted protein, creatine monohydrate and creatine ethyl ester. mono vs. ethyl ester is no big deal to me. i feel no need for CEE because it's expensive and i respond damn well to monohydrate anyway, with no bloating. i gained just over 8lbs in a 6 week cycle of creatine; i've been told that people who take AAS would be proud of those gains.
too many people say 'multis are the most important', well, they're not. if i had to choose between whey and a multi, i'd pick whey any day.
