Critique my Stack Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok please critique my stack..........
As of right now I am 6'1 215 lbs......... I just cut down from 225 lbs........ I have lost a lot of muscle mass....... not the smartest thing to do....... I guess i am doing the impossible task of tryin to add muscle and cuttin up at the same time....... My goal is to get down to a lean 190 lbs in 3 months..... It's mostly for basketball i got too bulky and it was affecting my agility on the court any how here is the stack.....
