OMG you're the biggest idiot ever. He's pushing out his stomach it's not in its natural state. many guys who can do vacuums can do this quite easily and with time and practice it becimes easier with more exaggeration on the bulge. Asking someone if they actually done a sit up is a bit off the far end. Ok lets assume for one moment it is fat  how is doing sit ups going to remedy this problem.
