3 weeks off...

I'm getting back into my routine tomorrow after 3 weeks off (Felt under the weather and completely exhausted). I know I wouldn't have lost much, if any gains, but I want to ease into it to avoid a relapse into exhaustion or injury. Any suggestions on how my weight lifting sessions should look the first 1-2 weeks back?

I recently had 2 weeks off from the flu/gastro. My first week back I just stuck to the same routine but dropped the weights a little so I didn't hurt myself. Although u won't have lost any muscle, ur muscles need to relearn the weightlifting movements again. Just think of it as a good chance to practise form and when u feel ready slowly increase. It's been 2 weeks back for me now and I'm lifting heavier and feeeling strong than I was b4 I got sick. Taking time off helps the muscles grow and recover!
