Straps are a good way to keep skinny forearms

I've been lickin' f*ckin' tits, and I used straps forever, but I don't even have to anymore. Six hundred deads, no problem. Four hundred pulldowns, nunca. Just f*cking use them. Bodybuilders shouldn't go without them. Are YOU a bodybuilder? Are your tits fat? Exactly, *sshole.
FAT tits. Lick 'em good.

DO NOT USE STRAPS, PERIOD.
straps are for recovering from injury (forearm/tendon/hand related), nothing more than that. I have seen kids get a back injury from using them (he was lifting above what his WHOLE BODY was capable of doing).
if you can't hold onto the bar you have what i technically call a piss poor grip. You need to read this stuff www.ironmind.com
if your grip is weak work it, don't be gay and cover it up by using straps.
i have never used straps (lol, to be fair i used 1 strap on right hand for 3 weeks after slicing my finger at work... but well) and i can hold onto, make sure you get this right 660lb shrugs, 400lb ONE HAND DEADLIFT, 370lbs rows, etc... (vids on demand...)
bottom line... you don't need them, PERIOD.Sam Parker
