    GREEN BULGE AND GREEN MAGnitude stacking

    If a CL rep could help me with this one it would be great I've used green bulge in the past, I liked the results alot I'm currently on nos ether caps and to be honest am a little underwhelmed with the results, although I'm thinking that could be because its underdosed on the standard dosing for someone of my bodyweight (230lbs approx 18% BODYFAT) however I feel that is an exspensive supplement even at this dose and would be reluctant to spend even more to have to take it at a higher dose.Now I am thinking about going back to using green bulge again as I feel that I responded better to it and that it gave me better strength/endurance.

    Anyway the question is what would be the ultimate way to stack/consume green bulge and green magnitude together for someone of my bodyweight, could you please recommend timing for both off days and training days I train weights 3 times a week and cardio 4-5 times a week (I include cycling in that)

    At the moment I'm ceasing all solid food intake 2 hours before training taking nos ether caps as directed and mixing up 3-4 litres of water with 25g of whey isolate and a double serving of purple wraath, which by the way I rate very highly best supplement I have used for recovery hands down

    Thanks for the Purple WRAATH feedback.

    Opinions and results will vary, and the emails are pouring in about Green MAG / Green Bulge. Based on the emails and PM's I've been getting so far.. alot of the guys are already planning to go:

    (1/2 scoop) Green MAG pre
    (5) Green Bulge post


    I think the reasoning is that you can pop the Green Bulge pills immediately post-workout or even during....

    NOW, having said that.. here are some other examples:

    Workout day (+ cardio):

    7am: Green Bulge + Purple WRAATH
    7:30am: Cardio
    8:30am: Whey + Breakfast
    ....
    ....
    ....
    6pm: Whey + Carbs
    7pm: White Blood, Green MAG, Purple WRAATH, and GlycerGROW
    7:30pm: Workout / GYM
    9pm: Whey + Carbs
    Solid food meal
    OFF day (no cardio):

    7am: Green Bulge

    ....

    10pm: White Blood
    OFF day (no cardio):

    7am: Green MAG 1 scoop or 1/2 scoop

    Another variable: Carbs or no carbs DURING training (over a extended period of time)...(relates to the K-R-ALA in Green BULGE).

    interesting, I was actually thinking the schedule as you described purely based on the insulin altering effects of some of the green bulge ingredients that it might be better to have it post workout and green mag pre but I think that pretty much confirms it I normally have a pretty carb rich whole food meal about half hour after lifting my during workout drink contains no carbs at the moment, would it be beneficial to add some simple carbs to this drink ? also I hear people continually touting palatinose but where the hell do you get it in the uk !

    Oh yeah I take the white blood at night time already actually and I must say combined with zma which was all I took previously sleep is much better quality and appears deeper and for some reason I wake up feeling less hungrier than I usually do ? strange.

    On workout days once I have assessed my intial tolerance to the dosing would 1 scoop of green mag pre workout be overkill or is half a scoop enough for my bodyweight ?

    I just started stacking Omega Thunder w/SNS CVM Xtreme. I reduced the Thunder serving to 4 capsules preworkout w/ 1 scoop of CVM Xtreme. I then take Man Orotine post. Though I just started it seems to be nicely enhancing pumps.

    With that being said, here is how I would probably stack GB and GM...

    1 scoop GM w/ 2 or 3 capsules GB preworkout, 2-3 capsules GB postworkout. I might even try that sometime when I run outta Thunder/CVM

    With the combo, I would start with 1/2 scoop and go from there

    It's pretty new / hard to get right now

    Ddawg is currently taking SuperCarb by avant labs with pretty good feedback so far (maybe he will chime in here).
