I've been trying to get my arms to bust out of my sleeve overall. Although it's more apparent with the biceps, you can tell that my lower triceps near the elbow lags a lot.
What exercises directly hit the lower head of the triceps and adds to its thickness?

Tricep Extentions.. only really pull the rope away with you'r wrists and ull hit the small parts near the elbow.. also losing a bit of bf would help too.
