dayum, its been a while, i used to love this forum, but got dragged into the misc section and never found my way back.. my post count has been on 5000 for like the last 2 years

for those of you who dont know who i am, i've been around for sometime now....
havent really got any decent pix, these are about 2 weeks old, just showing my upper body.

i weigh about 180 now at 5"9

couldnt really progress during my 1 and half years in the army, i recently finished, so i got back on track, im reasonably lean for the summer , but still working on it, anyways, enjoy the crappy pix

Great job with the physique man, very lean and you have a great foundation to build on.

What are your plans.....stay lean for the summer then bulk?. That shape with 20 pounds of lean muscle on it would look ****ing phenomenal!

we'll see what will happen next winter, i have never exceeded 190 lbs, i was very bulked back then, down to the point where i didnt like the way i looked, mabe i might just have to accept being "fat" for a while and then cut like a mofo next year !

Wow man! You look bigger then 180-190lbs with those biceps! How big are they? 19s? My arms are longer, and about 17inches each and yours dwarf mine! Keep up the good work man!

typical chest routine is ..

flat bb :

2 warm up sets
set 1 x 8
set 2 x 6
set 3 x 6
set 4 x 5
set 5 x 5

incline bb :

3 sets, 6 reps to failure


incline db :

3 sets , 6-8 reps

db flyes : 3 sets 6-8 reps

chest is rather lacking , coz my arms and delt over power it

WOW!! thats the kind of body I am aiming for but I dont know if I'll ever get there. You seem to have great genetics as well. Great work man!!
