So bb.com has been my favorite website for atleast 3 years and I had long used it to get new workout ideas or motivation. I didn't become a member of the forums until last summer but hadn't posted so much until recently. That being said I've learned from these forums that in order to get any respect amongst this crowd I should post some pics of mine.
I took some on a whim first thing this morning. I can't find any from before but I have put on about 30 lbs the last 2.5 years. Enjoy...

Thanks for the tips guys. I know I have my weaknesses and what you named is the bulk of what I'm working on. I'm focusing on chest at the moment, and I added cleans into my training to build up the traps. As for the bicep I have no idea. It has been like that all my life. Just as strong, but smaller
As for the back I can only attribute the size to years of competitive swimming.- Kevin

Excellent work four eyes (I wear glasses too) And a true bb's back. You look tall too? Over 6' an even greater accomplishment

I know it is an issue (check earlier response) as well as the traps. Some how I don't think swimming will get me a huge neck. Perhaps being a pitbull would (my buddy has one and its neck is just plane thick!)
Here is another post from spring this year (bahamas) on my bud's boat.- Kevin
