athletic background-wrestling,jiu jitsu,muay thai.
why i started this is because i was growing up holding me weight back, because of wrestling i wasnt allowed to move up in weight, so when my body wanted to grow i was stuck on a sub-calorie diet, preforming at meximun levels.
as many wrestlers gaining strength was extremely easy, looking a if we were 15-20lbs heavier was becoming the normal. honestly i know many guys at 145lbs that look about 175lbs, by how they hold water weight, and body fat% and also where and hold they put on muscle..
now my wrestling career is over, and i am competing in MMA, and i also train fighters.
i am seeing if without gaining too much fat if i can go up to about 185lbs. which i believe is very possible, considering my conditioning.
i will update this log pretty much everyday or so on here to give an idea for people to either view and get some information from.
if you think i am stupid just dont read this or reply. this is jsut a fyi review and for my own personal record.

hoping to start seeing results in strength within 1 week.===doing legs today(end of my workout week).
hot, itchy about 3 hours after taking the pills.
no aggression increase, i guess thats good.

my urine was very dark like copper!!!
i have a light headache since the early morning, i feel a lot more hungry than before.
my body seems to be doing ok though.
i am increasing my protein to about 2 grams per lb of lean body mass.
my taste buds seem to be going away! its hard to get protein down, but my stomache burns alot! like im in ethiopia looking at a hamburger stand!

starting to see some size gain.. just a little. by my strength has been pretty solid. i am hungry all the time. i mean all the time. i am eating atleast 200grams of protein per day right now.. and around 3000 calories.. im trying to bulk but im always hungry!!!!

i dont feel any side effects.
no anger problems and no hot flashes.
i feel pretty normal except being hungry all the time still. its out of the normal for me to feel this hungry.
i have put on a few lbs so far, i have weighed myself but it pretty noticable to me, and a few others.
my abs seem to be getting a little more defined, and same with the rest of my body.
im seeing a lot of gains slowly coming through, and alot of definition. i hope this continues!!!! ill keep you updated.!!!!
i love this stuff. my weight is steady at about 175lbs now. i havent put on any fat.
my strength is good, i see a little increase but nothing crazy going on yet.
ive gained about 5 lbs in about 1 week, thats worth the price alone.!!!!
my back has been really sore. nothing unabrable, but it hurts and i never feel this way. its stiff and sore, mainly my lower middle back.

my back is still sore, and my urine is back to the dark copper. and yes i am drinkin alot of water, and i dont drink alcohol.
my size is looking better and better. it seems my weaker body parts were seeming to grow a lot more??? my lats mainly..
today i will do chest, and very curious to see how my strength has been improving.

well after hearing great reviews about this product and seeing some decent weight gains the first week. my fat is only about 173-174lbs.
so yes i gain some weight....for the most past i can visually see more the changes, but i was hoping for a big gain like 7lbs or so.
my back is really sore... is it form the methyl 1 alpha? i am not sure. but other have recorded the same thing .. sore lower back.. my feels swolen, stiff. not good.
i still have one week, and on tomorrow, i am starting to take my pct, and slowly increase the dosage to maximize the effects of my pct
if i can get up to 177lbs within this next week i would be happy. but i am going to cut back to my normnal amount of food, and lean up a little more, just because its summer and my fiance i know would appreciate it.. lol... j/k
i also will use zma on my pct.. maybe some diesel test as well..

i see more overall size and i look a little better physically.
i see a little more definition in my abs and i seem to have lost some fat.
my body physically looks bigger and i have put on some lean muscle mass...

is it worth $46?????? so far no... with the risks and the pain in my lower back.. yes it still hurts.....
and dealing with pct.. etc.. i dont think i will do
i want to end this cycle at a sold 175lbs...
i dont want to be a bodybuilder, i actually dont think of them as athletes or it as a sport.. ( thats a whole nother story)
think of my goals as looking good and having functional strength that i can use in a fight. since i am a combat sports athlete, and in the military.
something like a vin diesel look would be my goal as a body...
the back pain was really bad... not sure why it was so intense.
i stopped the m stack about 1 week into it, because i wanted to see what the methyl 1 alpha did but its self.
im about 175-178lb on average per day.
so it was a nice amount in 3 weeks time.but i dont know how much of it was just my age/genetics,,, and my lifting routine became perfect for what i was doing. it was just clicking with my body.
i will never do methyl 1 alpha again... the back pain sucked, the gain were OK, its not worth the price and the pain
