thanks.. I get a lot of comments about my shoulders, even though I really dont hit them as hard as say my biceps, which arent that impressive...yet. No I really dont swim much. No pool at my gym.

Looking good. Keep up the good work. Press on. Having kids definitely changes life in a major way. Keeping a journal helped me find time and stay on track.

first off congradulations on the new arrival. My wife and I are expecting our first baby in Dec. Pics look great. Looks like you have your diet in order. Nice thick chest. Good job.

LOL @ "crack smoking" Thanks Justaman. The new baby is a girl. #3 So I have 3 kids under 2 1/2  I almost always get my cardio in by pushing the two 2 1/2 year olds. They definitely keep my life interesting.

I had the owner of my gym give me a bf test using a handheld device, and it said 17%. I am having a hard time believing that is accurate. thoughts?

I don't see you being 17% bf at all. Try going to a nutritionist for a "real" bf testing.
