Back on track.. comments?

Well after being off track for half a year due to a sickness, and arrival of a new child, I've gotten my **** together again and am back in the swing of things. Here's where I started, and where I am now. My midsection is still garbage, and I am working on that yet. The first picture is from 2 years ago when I started lifting. Any comments, criticisms?

Looking good. Keep up the good work. Press on. Having kids definitely changes life in a major way. Keeping a journal helped me find time and stay on track.
Best to you.

thanks guys. I appreciate the feedback.

LOL @ "crack smoking" Thanks Justaman. The new baby is a girl. #3 So I have 3 kids under 2 1/2 I almost always get my cardio in by pushing the two 2 1/2 year olds. They definitely keep my life interesting.

I don't see you being 17% bf at all. Try going to a nutritionist for a "real" bf testing.

Just don’t be too hard on you!
Look at your upper body, well defined, look at your mid section low body fat, look at your family, lovely family with the responsibilities attached to having a family and a job as a teacher, what a great responsibility.
Now, your upper body is looking stronger than ever, amazing, keep posting, keep pumping
