I was thinking the same thing... His right bicep looks off, almost like he tore it. Left looks good though. He's def. in a good spot conditioning-wise, but I wonder how well he'll be able to hold size and if he can bring enough to be competitive. Def. rooting for him though!

agreed, if you go back and look at his old dvd's such as, above and beyond, a cut above and even j to z
you can certainly see this.
but his body has not changed to much since 2010 when he won, even though hes not as full and is starting to show signs of wear if he can get that 09 conditioning he can get that 5th title.
Though Its a long shot that he can beat kai and phil whos bodies are still in diamond form.

With Jay you never know whether it's a striation or just wrinkly skin.
We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.

Holy fuark-a-mole! Jay's lookin on point for this point in time right now! Def seems to not hit the right bi as much - that's cus he's had tendonitis in that arm, on and off, for years now. As for the lower back wrinkles, yeah they're there but honestly that's how wrinkled it looked at the last Olympia...so if that's how it looks right now during offseason, maybe there's hope (probably still gonna have wrinkles come showtime, but maybe not as much).
Anyways, the delts are back, baby! And that chest is quite possibly the fullest/biggest I've ever seen on him. Also, strong vacuum for bein that size. That's something I've always respected/admired about Jay. *That* is part of being a true professional, imo.
