    Muscle Memory

    (Didn't know where to post this)

    I'll try and explain this as clearly as I can

    Say I've never worked out in my life and I go to the gym for 1 year and make some good improvements. But then after that year I stop going to the gym and I lose ALL my gains. Then I decide I wanna go back to the gym and get to the same stage I was at before, would it take 1 year or less? Bearing in mind I eat/worked out the same as I did before

    should come back quicker. but i have no experience with it really .longest i have taken break is a week , and that strength loss comes back to me quick
