I have 2 weeks left of my modified p90x program and then will need to come up with something new. Was thinking about taking a week off to let my body recover and then came across this article on bb about a recovery week.
So I'm indeed going to take a week off to recover, my question is, since I'm cutting and eating at a 500 cal deficit, do i change my calorie intake for that week? I assume I would and use the multiplier for sedentary lifestyle instead of the 3-5 moderate intensity in which I have been using. Am I correct?
