prebed a good meal would be 1/2 c cottage cheese + 1/2 oz almonds. You need some protein preworkout.

You don't think that I would be getting too much protien in a day though? I have like 172 g. right now. I met a woman at the gym, who said she has been working out for a really long time (she looks really good too) anyway, she said that gettng too much protein is damaging for your liver, and that a woman should only get like 70g a day, is that somewhat true??

Should I just have like another scoop of whey preworkout then, and cut a peice of chicken out?

you should cut your protein down a bit in a few meals so that the total drops to around 150 grams. 70 grams of protein is enough for a woman who does not weightlift.

I would say, 1/2 a chicken breast instead of 1, and cut the servings of cottage cheese down to 1/3 cup.. that should do it.

Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it! You have a really great website, with helpfull tools too. I think I will use half of the can of tuna as well, so that should get right where I want to be.
