This depends on many variables, but if using it as a standalone we generally recommend that you cycle off GREEN MAGNITUDE? every 10 to 12 weeks, for an ?OFF? period of 1-2 weeks, but cycling creatine products is optional.

Why is my water intake so important when using GREEN MAGNITUDE? ?

Because it contains potent osmotic ingredients, and we want you to get the absolute BEST results possible. You should get at least 1-3 gallons of water per day while on the product.

Good question. If you are working out on an empty stomach, we highly recommend adding Purple WRAATH pre-workout / pre-cardio.

Creatine innovation baby. I normally stick to my bulk CEE/Taurine cocktail but I love the ingredient profile of this product...might have to give it a try and compare to CEE.

It dissolves instantly and the more water you add... the better it tastes. For a more sour apple, add a bit less water. For a more mild apple flavor (I PERSONALLY LOVE THIS effect) just add more water. Some of you will probably just scoop it dry and chase it... that works fine too... not bitter like CEE.

Just be SURE to spread the word about the initial dosing instructions. It isn't "exciting" to take 1/2 the recommended serving, but it's on the bottle for a reason.

I am happy you choose not to use a Proprietary blend.

The ingredients are very good. Citrulline malate could be a great addition to this product.

Any reason you choose not to use only MCC ? Price ?

I like the fact that 1/2 a scoop is enough... It things like this that help us people on a buget still get quality.
