People that weigh between 150-160 lbs and measurements
When I weighed in at 152 lbs a few weeks ago I got the circumference of my right upper arm measured at it was 13.25 inches. My chest was 37.75", right thigh 20.98", hips 38.75", right calve 13.something", right forearm 11.something", and neck 14.5". I'm also male. Do these measurements seem unporportional to my weight and height and what does everyone else measure who are between 5'8-5'9", 150-160 lbs?
Objective: To get stronger
Current Weight: 154 lbs

You are same height, weight as me, but i got some skinny legs. Other than that, my measures are about the same.
I used to be 135 pounds, give me a break.
