I got squat and deadlift form down! I was practicing and from watching Hola Bola's videos, I was able to get it right.
The key, for me, was getting used to what it felt like to have my back flat and 'locked' in position, then I could focus on the muscles the weight is supposed to be hitting, woot!
I also didn't know what it should look like as no one in my gym does them. Now I know what they look like and what they should feel like when doing the form from practicing
Also the knees hurting problem only seems to happen if I am not warmed up, for me that is. So, that is a relief!
Practice + Hola Bola's videos may help you to if you're having problems with squat or deadlift form, it certianly worked for me
Never thought I'd be this happy from just getting a weight lifting form down, heh.
