Friendly comparison with a friend...picture
I haven't been on the forum for a while...

Thanks alot. My friend is 18 and I'll actually be 18 this July. I'm about 20 minutes south of Nashville.

you guys are doing good. i think ur pose is a bit better so it shows ur muscles more. just get ur friend to raise his arms more and flare his back. well done to u both

I used to live in south nashville, but it was projects, so i doubt you're there. I live in Smyrna now.

haha I think he's actually 5'9 or 5'10...I'm right at 5'6.

Cold, my arms are probably around 15.5''...they might be around 16'' during a workout. Couldn't tell you for sure...the last time I measured was maybe a month or two ago.

You guys are just f***ing huge and lean mass muscular. I have trained so long and the weights i can pushed on not really that far. Any tips from you guys especially for a guy like me who doesn't even have a sports background ?
I don't see much improvements either... and also not much of muscles coming out even though i try to increase the workout intensity. perhaps telling me your experiences and techniques maybe i can try do some comparisons and btw do you guys take supplements ?
