I have this little rack that I use for squats at my house, it isnt very high...about level with my lower chest, so when I go under the bar I'm kinda bent over before I push the weight off the rack. I feel alittle pain in my lower back when doing this but I dont feel it while squating, just when I'm unracking the bar from the rack. Can this damage my lower back somehow?
