Ever since i started lifting seriously about 8 months ago i have constantly been in and out of sickness. Before i started lifting consistently I was fine and rarely rarely ever got sick, but recently I am either getting colds or fevers or whatever, but the sicknesses just dont end. I was wondering if there is any correlation between lifting or supplements or something about why i am am constantly getting sick. And yes i am taking multivitamins and eating healthy.... Thanks

well... when you lift it obviously puts a strain on your system... maybe your body is not getting enough rest and nutrition for it to be able to restore itself to perfect health after your normal everyday life AND lifting combined.... this is the only logical explanation, otherwise if anything you shuld be getting sick less and less

As Flexer said, you can find out why you might be getting sick just by googling. As you lift, you wear yourself out and you body becomes fatigued. This is where you rest and give your system a chance to recover, BUT, when you refuse to give the boyd its time to restore itself, it will sooner or later crash and/or be more open to minor colds/flu/etc etc. I've went through those myself and it sucks. I couldn't eat as much under those condition and at times couldn't even lift. Just give yourself more rest times and see what that does.
