    how much and when to take certain things???

    i recently bought some NO xplode and L glutamine..NO xplode is recomended to be take once each day and three times a day on the day of a workout (3 scoops at once) i was wondering at what time on those off days would be the best time to take the once scoop and if on the day of the workout should the 3 scoops be taken all once before the workout or maybe through out the day??
    Also, how many mg of L glutamine should be taken each day and when should i take it during the day??

    I generally don't recommend free form glutamine powder, but you could try around 10g - 30g postworkout.

    Xplode: 30-60 min pre-workout.
