Ok so I am taking chromium picolinate which is a combination of Zinc and chromium.
I also have a calcium-magnesium supliment. should I take these at seperate times?
Is it still considered a ZMA stack if it is or isnt?

from memory , calcium and zinc compete for uptake, so to be on the safe side I'd take one in the evening and one in the morning. I think zinc can aid sleep, ( something in ZMA is ment to, think its zinc) so thats probably best for evening.
having said that chromium is ment to increase cellular glucose uptake, so it could be good pre / post workout.

Magnesium is what aids sleep.... but like nutz said take the zinc combo on the evening and the mag/cal in the a.m. Next time get them seperate....zinc gluconate.....mag.....vit B6 if you want to make your own ZMA. The zinc gluconate is all you really need to keep test levels optimum....and restore depleted zinc levels, as in hard training individuals (BB).
