    whats the best, most potent calcium supplement?

    what has the best amount, or best variety of calcium as far as supplements go

    The regular recommended dosage for calcium is 1000mg. Bodybuilders should supplement with 2,000-2,500mg of calcium daily.

    Any calcium supplement is fine. Don't forget about milk and other dairy products either. If I were you, I'd get 1,000mg from pills and the rest from foods containing calcium.

    If you don't workout on regular basis then 2,000mg is definitely too much.
