    Push/Pull/Legs - Please Suggest Routine/Link

Hey could any of you guys suggest a good push/pull/leg weights routine?
I am a wrestler and i cant find a good 3-day a week weights routine. Im currently on a 4-day split, but i i need an extra night for plyo's and aerobic training. So could any of you guys suggest a good 3-day push/pull/legs split?, (links are good too)
    Thanks.

I like day one all push with chest and tris. Day 2 back bis and tris. Day three squats, extebsions and curls. You figure out your weight, reps and sets. Id be wary of training too much and take into conisderation how much work you are doing with wrestling and it training. Be patient and you will get enough replies from some smart people on here.

    Thumbs up

    Here's my split-

Monday- push pull- chest and back

    Wednesday- legs

    Friday- shoulders and arms.

Take a look in my journal for some ideas about exercises.
