    what he said ^^ but go easy on the egg yolks, stick to egg whites is my advice.

    complex carbs from veggies will keep you full - broccoli, cauliflower etc they arent vey calorie dense unlike nuts. overall complex carbs are usually prefered to simple carbs when cutting. but keep your post workout (simple) carb shake in there.

    get some decent fats in there too, flax oil and nuts (but limit the nuts to small portions because like I said above ^^ theyre calorie dense)
