    which is better mineral/vitamin

    ast multi pro 32x or Higher Power One-A-Day , i dont care about money but it would be nice to save 10 bucks, do you think ast would be better or not? I also heard that ast has to much iron and can cause ur viens to rust and also get risk of cancer, is this true?
