Is this a good intake for bulking? fix if possible

So I'm am attempting to gain weight once again, while trying to keep my BF low. Read sig for goals. I really dont know anything about nutrition, though this is what I ate.

Morning: 3 eggs, 2 multigrain toasts with cream cheese, cheerios with whole milk, a banana.
    Snack: An apple
Lunch: 8oz Steak, there was some fat in it, a sausage and a coleslaw mix salad
After work out: protein shake (what I had left, need to buy more), with whole milk, 1/2 cup of oats, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
    Dinner: Fettucini with tomato sauce.

As you can see I have the slightest idea. What can I add and/or change? I bought like 36 medium sized eggs so I can have a bit more now on the mornings. Tight budget as well.

what site did you get that from? make sure that is a pretty long term goal because gaining 20lbs and being 2%bf lower will take some time but you have done great so far, good work. your fat is pretty high at 114, try to get a leaner steak and get natural pb if you arent already. your a monster to take in 4 cups of pasta at one time, if you can handle it then bring the carbs on. there are some meaningless cals in there but i guess you have to make some food tastes good, this is a bulk so theres leeway. i would add a pre bed meal, right now i am having 1/2 of cottage cheese and 2 tablespoons of nat pb before. cals seem a little on the heavy side if this is what your starting bulk is but if youve been working up to this then its fine.

don't have the peanut butter post-workout. it will slow the protein down. have the peanut butter before bed like Tech2thelimit said.

good eyes cane, didnt even see the pb post workout. thats for pre workout if you wanted like cane said, the fats in it slow down your bodys process to take in the nutrients. the opposite is wanted post w/o, my shake is just grape juice and my ON whey

yea sorry i took long... school... yea its fitday.com i used to use mypyramidtracker.gov but this one seems better. I got creatine today, EAS, where should i add that? does it matter? how much do i start and maintain? Thanks for those replies, i'll try to add some more food, but pasta keeps me full for soooo long... Today I ate 4 eggs, ill up tommorow i guess. What is eating raw eggs good for? Like i've seen some bodybuilders and wrestlers drinking it raw.
