Plyometrics or Sprinting First
I am trying to increase my sprinting speed and I will be sprinting and doing plyometrics in the same workout. Should I do my sprints first or plyometrics

Lift for strength
Doesn't matter....do what you want

cf says he often has his athletes sprint first and then plyometrics, otherwise the plyometrics can often have a negative effect on sprint mechanics and reinforce wrong technique.

I wanna talk to Samson!
^Exactly what he said.
But also make sure you give yourself a proper warmup before your sprints. Also make sure you do a variety of sprints. Do not just limit yourself to 40 yard sprints in an effort to cut your 40 time. Personally I am a DE so I do 15 10 yard sprints in the begining of my workout since my initial explosion is the most important for me.
