The only type of protien I have gotten is whey vanilla. It was the most sickening thing I have ever eaten. Is there a recomended flavor or brand. Also I heard about some drops that serve as protien that you just put two drops in your mouth and be done?

I have only really had designer whey chocolate and stuck with that. May venture out when I purchase the next round of supplements.

matrix reloaded choc hurricane - very good (no longer carried)

stawberry - good
eas pure protein vanilla - horrible
cytosport
complete whey cookies and cream - not so good
muscle milk - Creme Brulee - good
there prob is more i just can't remember, it's all a matter of taste, i like variety.

You really cant go wrong with chocolate. I had vanilla once and it tasted liked battery acid. Its really hard to screw up chocolate, well atleast thats my theory...

Chocolate is probally the safest flavor to by far if you are getting a brand you have never had. The Nectar has some very good flavors if you want something other than the norm. I recommend you check out the Fuzzy Navel.

Chocolate is hard to screw up. Vanilla is more hit or miss, as is strawberry.
