I seen that peanut has a lot of protein! Around 25g on 100g of product. Also It has too much fats, 50g on 100g of product.
Is there any peanut product (not butter) that have less fats while keeping those proteins?

dont rely on peanuts for protein.. its not complete i dont believe? stick to lean meats for protein. any nut will have alot of fat. they do sell some sort of protein peanut butter from giant nutrition. thats your best bet.
