The book The Bodysculpting Bible for Men has good workouts in it with lots of DB exercises.

Or try:

- DB Incline Press
- DB Shoulder Press
- DB Bench press
- DB One arm Row
- DB Upright Row
- DB Lateral Raises
- DB Skullcrushers
- DB Curls

Don't forget legs!

Some exercises to choose from:

Chest:
Dumbell bench press
Dumbell incline press
Dips (move the washer and dryer apart and do your dips in between them)
Don't forget pushups

Arms:
Dumbell bicep curls
Hammer curls
Overhead dumbell extension (like a French press, but with a dumbell. I prefer these seated)
One arm overhead extension - there's a whole variety of tricep exercises you can do with dumbells. Use your imagination.
Dumbell wrist curls
Dumbell reverse wrist curls

Shoulders:
Dumbell overhead press (front head, some side and rear also)
Dumbell front raises (front head)
Dumbell side laterals (side head)
Dumbell rear laterals (rear head)
Lying laterals (same as regular laterals, just lay on the floor on your side - one arm at a time of course) (side head)

Back:
Bent over row with dumbells
One arm bent over row
Chinups (just get one of those bars that go between a doorframe)

Abs:
Weighted crunch (lay a plate over your chest)
Weighted reverse crunch (Hold a dumbell between your feet. Keep your knees bent throughout the exercise)
Twisting crunch (no weight)

Another thought for you. Put the word out that you are looking for an old universal or weights to everyone you know. Often people will give away their weights because they have just become a big cloths dryer or are taking up space since they gave up.

I was visiting a friend and I noticed that the universal in his garage was now covered in stuff. I said to him "Want me to take that thing away for you?" we took it apart and put it in my car and away I went. About a month ago I was give 2 - 25 pound plates the guy did not want anymore. It's a good way to start out.

I have knee problems and this is what i do for legs most often. I load up my db with as much weight as i can hold for a while( about 50# each) and I step up onto a milk crate. I start with my right for 10 reps and then I start with my left for 10 reps. If you do 5-6 sets it's like carting a 100# sack up 10-12 flights of stairs and is also a good cardiac workout.

BTW - Welcome..
