You're going to have to give us a fairly detailed list of what you eat on a daily basis as well as your workout routine if you want help. Also I noticed that you haven't metioned what kind of cardio you do, if any. Also if you're not paying strict attention to your diet and calories you could hit a plateau if your caloric intake is too low and of course fat gain is your intake is too high. You look like you have a good amount of lean body mass so cutting shouldn't be a problem for you. Have you tried timed carb dieting or cycling?

Supps/pills etc, even roids aren't going to do jack for you if your diet is not on par with your workouts. Definitely add some cardio preferably 20 mins of HIIT or 45 minutes of LISS on your non lifting days. When you say you "eat good.", can you be more specific? Good as in, "I eat a McD's cheeseburger instead of a Big Mac." good, or is it, " I eat strictly 6 times a day of lean low sodium protein, low GI carbs and EFAs." good?

100lbs is a lot and well done on that but you're not at the point yet where you need supplements to aid progress.
basically you need to burn more calories and that means you need to raise your metabolism and that means you got to get your heart pumping.
what i've found extremely effective at burning off the fat without losing muscle is carrying heavy dumbbells up/down a stairs repeatedly for about 30 mins. intense cardio that's also strength training.

Control your insulin, and then increase metabolism.
First, you must choose foods that will take a long time to breakdown in your stomach.
You want carbs with a low GI rating.
Once you are controling your blood sugar (insulin secretions), you can then increase your metabolism to burn more fat.
Cardio will increase metabolism along with strength training. BTW, do you workout your lower body? You mentioned strength training 3X per week for upper body...no mention of lower body.

What is your height and weight now? How much cardio do you do? Do you do hit cardio? What kind of meals do you eat throughout the day?

Try adding 10 minutes of cardio every time you go to the gym. An article on another bb website showed that after extreme muscle stimulation like that acheived when lifting weights, the body is more readily equiped to enter lipolysis (fat burning) so doing some HIIT (high intensity training) or short sprints, 30 seconds then 30 second breaks, then another sprint, and so on for 10 times will strip the fat off you! If you want to go really extreme then i would suggest the velocity diet, i geuss it could be dangerous, but nobodys had any adverse side affects yet. Its intended for dangerously overweight patients and therefore will literally drain the fat out of you Hope this helps

Ei Man! Now's the time to be more enthusiastic in searching for the most effective way in increasing your metabolism to burn that unwanted fat. I've been struggling with my gut for the longest time and seems nothing really works until I realized that I should work on my mindset, my body and make it increase its metabolism. I started this consultation and program with Christopher Guerriero and it worked for me. Not only did it increase my metabolism to burn that fat but also, made me feel good and maintained motivated inside.

as per my opinion bro, you must start to do cardio because it increase metabolism specially in morning with empty stomach it is 300% more effect than evening cardio, add 20 min cardio with empty stomach and 20 min HIIT cardio after work-out.
you have lost 100 pound really amazing, there is not magical pill which give you your's dream body but proper diet, cardio and weight training is the only path... Best of Luck bro

Your going to have to perfect your diet. Cut the carbs and you'll loose the weight. You say you don't train legs and your going to start? Well the legs are large muscles so training them will result in a high amount of calories burned. Use compound movements like squats.

if u really want to kickstart the gut loss you have to do some hard cardio.
look at the body's of elite athlets, they dont jsut get those bodies from taking it easy and havign a casual stroll. they work damn hard for those baodies and that is why not everyone has one.
if it were easy we'd all have great physiques.
start jobgging and doing sprints.
but whatever you do increase your cardio intensity.
you are not the old person with the extra 100 pounds anymore, so why are you excercing like the same person with 100 extra pounds.
your a new man now starrt training like one.

Maintain your usual lined up activities in weight loss but I'd like to suggest that you be a little more patient. You yourself is a living will of strength, discipline and patience. Let me share with you what I learned from my health and lifestyle coach Christopher Guerriero. He shared with me tips like drinking water, following an alkaline diet in boosting and increasing our metabolism, have a positive outlook, feel good all the time, etc. I believe he can help you out with your journey to your success! Don't loose hope, drinking pills isn't the answer.
