This is my typical Day's Bulking Diet, please tell me if there's anything wrong with it. Thanks
Breakfast: 7:00am - Big Bowl Cereal:
Muesli, Oats and 2 weet-bix w/2 tbsp honey - 400-500mL Skim Milk
1 pear/apple
More protein here
Meal 2: 10:30am - 1 Tuna Sandwich (brown bread) w/ lettuce
Try to make this about 6-8oz of tuna
Meal 3: 12:40pm - 1 Tuna Sandwich (brown bread) w/ lettuce
Same goes for here
Meal 4: 3:40pm - 1 Plate Rice/Pasta
2-4 pieces steak/chicken
Medium salad
Vegetables
1 pear/apple
Four peices of steak, wow. Good tho
Meal 5: 6:30pm - 1 Plate Rice/Pasta
2-4 pieces steak/chicken or can of tuna (400g)
Medium Salad
1 pear/apple
Fine
Meal 6: 8:30pm - Peanut-Butter Sandwich
Cereal - Weet-Bix and Oats w/ 300-400mL Skim Milk
No cereal this late. How about peanut butter and fat free cottage cheese?
What is wrong with this? Is there anything wrong? Lack of anything? Please tell me, im all for criticism too, thanks
