    6'2 175-180 first time pics in here

    Hey guys, thought I would finally post my pics in this section for some feedback. I'm 18, 6'2 in the last few pics between 175-180lbs. I've been training good for probably near a year. I trained a little before that but nothing serious such as just having a bench with 40 pounds at home lol!

    I'm trying to bulk up again First pic I was probably around 150 before I touched a weight I was about 140, had to eat 5,000 cals a day to barely put on a pound a week =(. Anywho I was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback, I think I need to hit my shoulders really hard, back front and middle head. Other than that I know eat so I don't look so damn skinny lol!

    yeah first pic you look really skinny, but the arms extended and the last pic you look really good condition

    I think youre lower back needs some more size and shape

    We are have nearly identical stats (height/weight), as I am 6'2" 173-175 right now. I must say though, you have more mass and are leaner.

    WHat are your measurements BTW? (chest/arms/quads, etc.)

    Awesome, um stats I havn't checked in abit I think my chest was last 43? arms 15.5, and I am not sure on how to measure legs weather at the bottom of the quad or the upper but i think my upper quad was around 25. I will have to re measure

    yeah, you've got me beat in a few areas. My arms are a little over 15", quads are 23.5, and chest is 44" relaxed

    Never tested a max in anything lol! But most I've got on bench was 215 for 4
