Stay away from low fat peanut butter. It may be lower in fat, but the added sugar they add to it is worse for you. Don't be afraid of the GOOD fats peanut butter has to offer. And peanut butter is not only good for bulking, but cutting as well. You can just eat more of it while bulking. Damn I miss bulking!

Natural peanut butter or regular peanut butter is fine. The amount of hydroginated oils added to regular peanut butters is so small it is legally considered trans fatty acid free.
The best regular peanut butter is skippy since it contains no added ingrediants other than salt and the tiny amount of hydroginated oils.If you always talk about how you could be in great shape if you just worked out and ate right, why don't you just work out and eat right?

I need brands of natural unsalted peanut butter, and maybe unsweetned too. I saw Adam's makes unsalted.
