Looking to buy a new bench today, wondering what the decline degree is for the average reader.

I just bout the $100.00 bench with squat rack from academy. Its got incline and decline however, the decline isnt very slanted. If you wanted to switch it up, yuo could put plates under the foot part of the bench to slant it back more.
I recommened this bench all the way. It cant be beat for a home gym at that price.
