YS, a question about maintenance...
YS, How would one maintain a certain bodyweight and BF% on one of Chucks diets when it is reached?
Like, what if I get to the point, like I almost have, where I don't want starch carbs, except for the carb up meal which I guess is mandatory to keep metabolism from lowering. Is there a way to maintain bodyweight and attained BF% with just those fiberous carbs and protein with the high fats or do I have to reintroduce more starchs to maintain the obtain bodyweight after dieting down?
I see where in most of the diets elsewhere, after the initial stage, they tell u to reintroduce some starches for maintenance.
Can u maintain your desired bodyweight and BF% with a high fat/high protein high veggie diet with low starch, would a person be continually losing weight because of low starch intake or would protein and fat intake maintain lean muscle mass?

Once you reach a certain bodyfat you can either stay on the same diet with refeeds or go to a normal maintence calorie diet. But either way you need carbs no matter what.

U mean stay at the same macro ratios and calories present at the bodyweight? I would fear going on a normal maintenance diet for fear of rebound effect like when I came off of atkins. I blew up like a whale.

Id start off by cutting out the refeed and oinly adding carbs to breakfast until you get to maintence.

Yeah, thing about atkins is it pretty much takes most carbs away and when you start eating them again its not a good thing, lol. But on chucks refeed diet just drop the refeed then add some carbs to breakfast and as time goes by start adding them to other meals.
