I used to i dont really that much any more because the internet holds just as good of articles imop, I liked mens health because it covers a range of everything (nutrition, training, sex and clothing) I also kinda thought flex was alright to look at, many top bodybuilders are in there and if you are serious about bb and dont mind looking at men in speedos then its probably the magazine for you
    Current weight : 173
Current goal : break into the 160's havent been there since like 8th grade!

    Men's health.

It's the best one IMO. Gives you great advice on sex, fitness, nutrition, fashion...basically anything that Men need advice on. Men's fitness mag is very similar but i'd say Mens health is way better.

ive got a subscribtion to musclemag intertaional, each ones basically the same, new muscletech ads etc, the mag always overplays certain aspects of nutrition, supps and training, never focuses on the 3 hand in hand, personally i think u can get better info of the net for free

I have one magazine...Muscle and Fitness...my mom bought it for me because of my latest obsession of weightlifting and it was the only mag she could find on men's health that didn't say SEX on the cover.I like it.I have to agree there are MANY ads and some are repetitive though the material is very helpful and i learned quite a bit from it.

Complete waste of money. A lot of the advice is useless, the rest is supplement promotion. Anything you need to know can be found on the web. Besides, all you need are the basics. How many times can they be re-cycled into something "new"?

I agree with TBur, you can get the same info on the web for FREE. If theres an artice you really want to read, just go to the bookstore and read it. It pisses me off when companies disguise their ads as supplement reviews. Be careful not to take the advicefrom the pros too seriously, they are all genetic freaks, and take gear (as well as train and eat like animals).

i dont really go out of my way to get a mag each month, theyre not that expensive normally about £2.80-£3.50 in UK - so about $5-6 in the US.

i always bought mens health cuz like others say its a good read and is something i will actually read alot of the articles in there. its got mens fashion, some fitness stuff for the summer/upcoming season depending on monthly issue, sex life, nutrition, advice towards everything a man cares about really

muscle & fitness was good the first time i bought it but u can find the same sort of information on these boards in the other bodybuilding/nutrition sections so in a way not really worth a buy; but might as well try it to see for urself.. everybodys different in terms of what they wanna read in a mag.

flex - like the real hardcore bodybuilding aspects with articles based on the more well known big guys (cutler, ronnie, gunther, etc and rising stars) and i bought one issue of this in the past in april and havent really bought any mags since.

if i went into town tomorrow id probably buy mens health & maybe flex too. mens health is probably the best for overall things, flex is more for a person only wanting to read and find out about bodybuilding and coverage of BB competitions, muscle & fitness is quite good imo but its a bit basic too, mens health workouts are very basic but theyre always improvising with stuff u can do at work on gym balls/with ur desk to work out and even at a bus stop lol

(ud find in the last two magazines - morely so the last magazine flex that there are loads of supplement advertisements with one of the mags cant remember which u get a supp catologue for the season)

I've read Muscular Development, Flex, and Muscle and Fitness. I've found that Flex and M&F have way too many ads and write whole articles to promote ads. MD has double the info, double the readable pages, and very little bull**** advice.

Ex.-I was reading M&F and they had a workout to get cut up (lol), all the reps where insanely high and it was just really bad advice.

Ex.-I was reading a Flex article, and then I realized every other sentance pushed a muscle tech product. You have to do dumbell lunges.....and take muscletech creatine.....do them slowly stepping forward.....and take hydrocut.....lol. So retarded.

I will subscribe to MD very soon.

flex is a great mag. i dont buy them but read them every so often when im at barnes and nobles. the advice you get on here for free is a lot better than most of the stuff they feed you from those mags anyway
