    Hey guys, hows everythin goin. I work out in my patio, I only have a bench with a leg extension/curl and it also has a squat rack, I have a 300lb olympic weight set and some dumbells. I'm 5"8, 193, 17% bf.

    I've been into this sport since 1997 but I go on and off when I got married
    it's a quite hectic schedule though but I still manage to go to gym but now I go off again and I'm planning to go back by november..

    Pare neophyte22 ganong katagal ka na ba work-out ngaun...send ko na lang ung program na ginagawa ko na nakita ko rin d2 sa bodybuilding.com kaya lang medyo mahirap ung program eh pero kung medyo matagal ka na sa pagbabakal eh ok na ok sau ung program na to...cge mga bro intayin ko na lang ung mga reply nyo..

    ako taga cebu, 5'5 ang bago lng ako nag wrkout, mga 5 mnths palang pro laki na imprvement. tanong ko bro ano magaling exercise abs? yon ang mahirap makuha yng 6spacks. share namn kng meron kayo, salamat in advnce mga bro.

    Proper diet and cardio bro. Everyone has a six pack but depends on how much body fat you haev on your body that prevents it from showing. If you get your ody fat really low it will show. Use weights on your ab work outs. Do lots of cardio and you six pack will start to show.

    True, cardio and a good diet will be the ultimate factor for cutting abs. But, in terms of strengthening nd training abs, my favorite are leg raises and good old fashioned crunches.

    tol salamat sa routine. 3 times a week lang ba yun? or pwedeng after 3 day routine then 4th day pahinga. Tapos yung pang 5th day balik na naman sa routine day 1? or you think mag pahinga dapat ako ng 4 days?

    pre, ito nga problema ko ngayon eh.
    out of proportion waist ko.
    i've been using 40 lb dumbells for side bends for quite sometime.
    napansin ko na even if i diet, my waist looks thick.
    im still looking for a possible solution for this but right now,
    dinadaya ko na lang with shoulders... pinapalapad ko top to give the
    impression that i have a small waist.

    i bought this issue (muscle and fitness) that comes with this bodyfat calculator.
    its pretty accuate.
    just give me your waist measurement and weight.

    tpos work from 3-12am sa may PBCom Towers.

    naghahanap ako ng walking distance na gym sa PBCom.
    im planning to work out aroung 1:15-2:30pm
    5x a week.
    baka may alam ka and magkano monthly?

    Fitness First is in Robinson's Summit Tower. Php2,100 a month.
    Fitness First Plus sa RCBC Tower, medyo mas mahal dun
    Gold's Gym Express at Ayala Building
    Gold's Gym at Glorietta.

    I ain't sure about the rates in Gold's Gym but they have a great gym for bodybuilders. FF sucks if your goal is to get big. Kulang sa mga equipment.
