Vitamin B 12 is not bad, but using it as an Injectable vitamin... I dont know. Pare, kuha ka muna opinion sa doctor. If you just want to gain appetite, there are other ways to do it. HIndi ko lang talaga alam yung injectable na yun so I cannot comment correctly.

Hey my mom's filipino she was born there so she speaks tagalog.

you can pretty much tell i'm filipino except my eyes and my skin is a little lighter

Well i stop going to the gym and built my own homegym pero the last time i check is mga asa 29$ ata or 19$ for 3 visit a week tapos magaantay ka pa ng pagkatagal tagal before ka makagamit dahil sa dami ng tao if your doing your set aabutin ka ng mga 3 to 5mins before ka maka next set so naisip ko hindi ako mag progress d2 and dami ding mga epal na mayayabang magbuhat panget naman ng form. well nways im still new to bb 6'2" 220lbs currently bulking right now bf? i dont know medyo mataas pa. I'm from van nuys.

any of you guys have problem with your inner chest? ang panget kse ng inner chest ko eh para tuloy akong may boobs lolz.. hindi ko malagyan ng laman masyado ung gitna i guess my genetics sucks, do you think ma cover ito by doing more incline,close grip and flyes? than flat bench?

With the 4 exercises you stated Close grip hits the inner chest.

This is done the same way as the bench press although focus's on the inner chest. Arms should be placed approximately 2 thumb lengths apart and when bringing arms down on the negative part of the rep make sure your elbows go out about 90 degrees, not straight down by your side as then it incorporates the triceps too much. When lowering the bar lower it to the middle of the chest region slowly and contract up with a powerful movement.

Although if genetics yan I dont think it can change. Just keep on pumping it out a couple of weeks and see what happens. Hope this helps
