yup, tapos nako sa delts..
di ako nka pag upright at db laterals kce my forearms is still sore from ydays boo boo of the spotter...
napa cables tuloy ako..
i have two workout weeks which i alternate every month... or alternating week..
1st two bodypart routine...3 days on- 1 day off
day 1 - chest/bi's
day 2 - back/tri's
day 3 - delts/legs / abs
day 4 - off
2nd concentration routine (heavy weight) week, i do... 4 days on.. 1 day off..
day 1 - chest
day 2 - back
day 3 - delts / abs
day 4 - arms / legs
day 5 -off
i dont do cardio.. basketball only every other weekend)
i dont go heavy on the legs as well... mostly isolation/machine exercises only

too much ba yung 3 muscle groups in one workout? kc pag monday chest/triceps/shoulders ang routine ko...ok lng ba yan?

LOL, sounds like a post I just made He he. I feel na overtrained na ako. Anyway, it depends on how fast your body can recuperate. How do you feel after your workout? How do you feel on your next workout? SOme kasi use 3 muscle groups per day, some 2. Depende rin on how many exercises per muscle.
Ako nga pre, Am trying the following now:
Day 1 chest Day 2 back, Day 3. shoulder day 4 Arms, day 5 legs(?). I am doing this to shorten the time I spend in the gym since I jacked up my cardio activities.

kc sakin in one day 3 muscle ang na exercise...chest/shoulders/at tri...kc parang nadadamihan ako pag tinitingnan ko workout program ko...kc mga 14 exercise ang nasa routine ko pag monday..nakakayanan naman pero pagdating sa bahay sobrang pagod ako parang naubos ang energy ko...sa tingin mo ok lng?14 exercise?

At 14 exercises, at 3 muscle groups, thats an average of 5 exercises for Chest, triceps and shoulders...Hmmm, ewan ko lang, mukang sobra nga ata.
Teka, kelan next workout mo? Kinabukasan? Whats your split ba nga ulit?
Kasi if you are already sensing na sobra, cut it down. I dont believe kasi more is better. Other may have a different view, but being an ecto, hindi ako pwede mag madami, kundi burn out ako.
