here is my diet
9pm(breakfast) - 1 rice (less than 200 grams) + ulam(in moderation)
12am(snack 1) - 4 pcs multi grain crackers around 120 cal
3am(lunch) - 1 rice (less than 200 grams) + ulam(in moderation)
6am(snack 2) - same with 3am pag may workout pag wala crackers ulit or wheat bread
paguwi sa bahay kahit ano rin pero hindi rice...
i could say i cut my consumption in half or more than that

i monitor my diet. i watch what i eat.. di na ako nagsosoftdrinks or kahit anong juice.. kahit kape walla na.. green tea nalang ininum ko.. C2 green tea or ung lipton, minsan gatorade, powerade.. more on tubig lang ako talaga... tapos di narin ako kumakain ng balat ng manok at taba.... something like that... ayoko kasing maging bouncer ang itsura eh gusto ko sexy lang... hehehehe

Maraming sugar ang commercial brands ng green tea. Tubig ka nalang. Siguraduhin mo lang may protein ka in every meal.

Tanda ko pa sabi ng tito ko na dati daw kanin at madmaing itlog lang kinakain nila back in 60s pa nun ng ka bago bago lang ng bodybulding sa pinas. Now ang daming suppliments na pwede kang i take.

Had the same problem din dati. Pull ups mo try mo yung close grip. mas mainam yun saka ka na mag wide grip. Dips naman kung me machine na me support ay mas ok sa io yun till you get your energy to lift your whole weight. Ako kasi i still use the support thing dahil i do my dips pang huli na so talagang pagod na arms ko. or i just do the seated dips. Pushup??? are you sure di mo kaya ang push ups?? sanay ako diyan kasi sa rotc di ba papaliguan ka ng push ups..lol

salamat sa welcome... yeah been lifting on and off since 14 pa ako. kaso sa dami ng mga priorities na hihinto. Got my uncle to introduce me sa sport na to. He used to hold the mr philippines title many times back in 60s and 70s kasabay nila roland dantes. He competed sa ifbb din sa new york at nag palce siya sa mr universe kaya nakaka inspired talaga.. sadly wala na siya pero i keep a pic of him to inspire me.

welcome sa pinoy thread, pare. I agree with what kickback, et al has said. Linisin mo muna diet. It's ok na di ka na umiinom ng softdrinks and juices. Pero I had qualms with the almost cracker diet. For sure papayat ka pero you will not look healthy. Dati I was 220 lbs at 5'8 lang but when I managed to clean my diet laki ng bawas. I suggest you also include veggies and grilled meat like chicken or fish. You can never go wrong with veggies. Yung exercise mo yung general muna for weight loss.

Designer Whey doesnt have good macros. Kung makahanap ka ON whey d2 sa pinas yun na bilhin mo. More grams/peso and tastes better. pero mas maganda talaga online. SOBRANG MAS MURA
