    Sabi kasi ng ibang nagbubuhat samin cut ko muna daw ung cardio while bulking.. dapat meron pa rin bang cardio? and sabi nila natural lang daw lumaki tyan kasi buhat lamon daw gawin ko.. hehe... Kre-alklayn ? magkano un? nag whey na din ako.. pero masmura kasi ung mega mass.. hehe.. and need ko din kasi daw ng calories..



    ano ba tlga mega mass? tataba ka or mag gagain ka ng muscle? ^_^

    Pare, the way I see it, hindi mo kailangan mag pataba. If you want to gain Mass, then I pressume that is muscle you want and not fats sa tyan mo. Too much cardio pre, might make you lose the gains that you have. It depends on the duration and frequency of your cardio training for it to work. Sa akin, you can skip the cardio kung gusto mo, tapos just lift heavy! Tama rin ung friends mo na you need the calories, but it should be the right ones.
    Based sa height mo and current weight mo, I think Ectomorph ka, so you need food, alot of food!

    Yes, nag multivitamin ako. Centrum. also, 1500 MG of Vit c, 400 I.u of E, two tablets of Squalene, garlic Tablets din. Naka kre-alkalyn ako at PumpTech (NO2). Atsaka Whey.

    I tried a lot of different NO2. so far, Pumptech gusto ko. I just ordered nga dito sa BB.com ng white blood and green bulge and it arrived last nyt. Ha ha kala ko nawala ung pero ko when I gave my card number pero dumating din

    Personally, I dont use multivitamins. I heard it really helps though.

    I'm going to go ahead and buy some today.

    You really need to eat alot if you want to get the most out of your work out.

    I drink upto 4 glasses of milk daily + Protein Shake. Take it before and after working out.

    The one that I bought was Green Bulge and White Blood. I have read so much about it and it got me interested. I then looked for it here sa Pinas, but I could not find it, so I cant really compare the price.

    However, yung ON Whey, I just checked it out dito sa BB its sold at $28.89 so it should come out around P1,800 with an FX of P60 to $1.

    Ang problem lang, they charge for freight. Subukan mo punta sa store tapos fill up the items you want and where it will be shipped, the freight + item cost will be computed in US$

    Pare, I use the threadmill 3 x a week! It looks awkward kasi even though you look big, when you take of your shirt, you look fat kasi walang cuts. I try to balance it out. I just make sure I dont over do my cardio

    Wala naman me specific diet ngaun lamon lang ginagawa ko.. pero i make it sure na clean ung kinakain ko... chiken meat (d kinakain balat), beef, 2 to 3 eggs per meal tapos nakaka 4 to 5 meals ako everyday... Milk ko kahit ano oras ko mapagtripan.. hehe.. un pala ung kulang centrum nalang iinumin ko..

    ok lang ba kainin ung eggyolk?? kasi bulking naman ako kya kinakain ko hehe..

    E ung soya milk? ok ba un? kasi nakaka 1.5 liters ako everyday nun eh...

    Eggyolks are bad! I dont eat it. It raises your cholesterol level, thus I always take it out when I eat egg.

    Soya Milk, yes thats a good protein source.
