Transform your Elite or Pro Block dumbells into a barbell training system with this ingenious barbell. Simply choose the level of weight to be used and place the Pro Block into position at either end of the barbell.



Empty bar weight is 40 lbs. The Elite/Pro Bar weight range is 40-210 pounds. The Elite Bar can be used with the Elite Set 5-90 or the Pro Set 5-85. The bar length (between cradles) is 42.5". Total bar length of the Elite Bar is 75



Do all the excercises you can’t do with dumblells. Such as Forearm training, squats, barbell bench press. Etc. no need for additional weght just use your own dumbbells to add weights incrementally
