    I have a football weight in today and need to gain weight fast

    I am planning to drink tons of water to get my weight up fast, but can't afford to take a piss, is there a food that will help me keep the weight up but not make me want to piss, I was think salt but I'm not sure.

    Funny story, a guy i played footy with was so self-conscious about his low bodyweight that one year at the first weigh in he taped a 5kg plate to his stomach. All good till we were told we were getting weighed in socks and jocks..........

    IF you dont have practice or training afterword i would suggest drinking 2 or 3 cups of milk right before hand. it's the heaviest drink i can think of. Also better start eating them carbs.

    and why do you want to heavier for weighins? i know in HS, we would always cut 15lbs off of what we really weighed... what would you rather be matched up with? big on big or small on small???
