    i have seen smuckers all-natural PB at a regular grocery store near me, havent tried it yet though

    make your own, just put some roasted unsalted peanuts in a blender and blend into a paste, and add some extra peanut oil if you need to

    its allright, it just has added sugar, oil, stuff like that. While Natural peanut butter being a much better source has only one or two ingrediants depending on what one you buy, peanut butter, and/or salt.

    There is a thread (a quite long one) about making your own and has good recepies, its called something like
    I have just made my own weight gainer

    Its in the supplement section ... you should find it, i saw it yesterday on the main supplement page, maybe it is in page 2 or 3 now havent checked, but take a loook, great recepies.

    Thanks for the feedback about peanut butter.
    Now i understand everything ... i went to the store today and looked at ingredients, some didnt have added salt/sugar, while the ones i bought have sugar, maltodextrin and others ... i will have to eat the ones i bought after exercise or pre.

    i meant the ones i bought (before posting this thread) will have to be consumed pre/after workout since they contains sugar, etc.

    I usually have 1-2 TBSP of NATURAL peanut butter at night along with a casein protein shake. Make sure your peanut butter is natural- in other words, the only ingredients are peanuts and maybe some salt, but no added sugars,etc. I like the Smuckers- natural, it tastes great. Also power butter is awesome, but harder to find in stores. I use a hand mixer to bend it well, and store in the fridge.
