Its OK, but can be high in salt and may contain some sugars.

yeah I bought thoses cans for the first time a couple of days ago.

It's really good, seriously. 48g of proteins per can, you have 1 cup of chicken inside(big chunks).

no sugar added. There's a good quantity of sodium, but less than salmon.

Just bought 2 12 packs from costco. Great source of protein 52 out of 60 cal are from protein. Rinse it out with water first, salty. They taste fine, add in salad with various dressings. Or just use honey mustard...it makes anything taste good.

Exactly, to combat the extra sodium I rinse the meat with water before adding it to whatever...I eat quite a bit of this stuff cuz it's easy, like tuna the possibilities are endless!

Here are some of the ways I use it:

Add to any kind of greens for a great chicken salad

Add to a baked potato with some salsa

Chicken salad with soy based mayo/dijon mustard/onions/celery-eat with a fork or add to whole grain bread, I also like to scoop it with Wassa Crackers.

Add to omlette with spinach and onion (whatever veggie you dig)

Add to brown rice with broccoli

Chicken tacos with corn tortillas, green chili, lettuce, tomato

Chicken burritos with whole wheat tortillas, black beans, salsa

Chicken wrap with whole wheat tortillas, spinach, pesto sauce (basil and olive oil), tomato, swiss cheese

Add it to frozen veggies and stir fry (I usually have brown rice or whole wheat pasta with this)

and of course right out of the can with a fork!
