I wouldnt' suggest alcohol with a NO2 dose, but you can drink while supplementing with NO2.

This is very true, alcohol I know from experience especially when cutting how detrimental it could be. I was just curious though, based on alot of the people here, how many actually lift very seriously, eat very well, and still drink (socially, nightclubs, bars etc.) and get drunk, almost every week or every other week? Just out of curiousity, I'm guessing it would effect certain people alot more than others, but I could be wrong.

Muscletech's BREWSKIC, on the other hand, will increase muscle mass in 30 days. It's just a Bud with ketoisocaproic acid and calcium.
